1. An application for taking the animal out from LAC to experiment should be submitted "3 days before". So that the staff  prepare the sterile PC cage.
2. The application for laboratory animal taken out is unified by the "laboratory animal management system". ( NYCU Portal ). 
3. On the day the animal is taken out, the user must put the animal in the sterile PC cage prepared in advance within the sterile laminar flow. Take the animal to the left door on the 1st floor, and fill in the laboratory animal leaving registration book. Then, you should leave from the front door to the left door outside to take the animals out.

1. If the animal needs to be brought back, the PC cage should be placed on the 1F left side trolley and registered on the laboratory animal leaving registration book. 
2. You must enter from the front door and take it on the trolley, then through the passing box in the 1F designated quarantine room.
3. If the animal is not brought back, remember to bring the PC cage back to the 1F left side trolley of the LAC, and register it on the laboratory animal leaving registration book.

p.s. 111/11 everyone can try this function on system, and it will be officially launched on 112/1. Students must first ask their PI to register an account, in order that various applications must be reviewed by the PI.  Also, PI can designate an assistant or a student to act as surrogate reviewer.
