The Laboratory Animal Center of National Yangming Chiaotung University (NYCU) is a standardized animal facility established in comply with the "Guidelines for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals" issued by the Council of Agriculture of the Executive Yuan, Taiwan. In addition to providing high-quality environment for animal experiments, we aim at comprehensively enhancing the wellbeing and welfare of laboratory animals and fully supporting animal-related researches of NYCU and nearby institutions. Our facility strengthens the exploration of basic biomedical research, translation medicine, BioICT® bio-electronics, and smart healthcare, serving as an important campus for the developments of biotechnology and medical information communication in Taiwan.
