  3. Payment method-CT Campus 
    One week before the course starts.
    • Cash
      Auditorium 2F > Division of Cashiers (08:00~16:20), transfer in Fund No. “G255” > get a receipt.Please fax the receipt to 03-5131415 or scan it to email.
    • Remit or ATM
      Please fill in “國立陽明交通大學”, receiving account E.SUN Bank code, 808. Hsinchu branch, 0060. Special account, 095500630596032.
      After remittance, please notify us (03-5712121 ext. 59602) or fax the receipt to 03-5131415 or scan it to email.
      After the class, please go to the “Laboratory Animal Management System” to take the “exam online” to obtain the certificate number.
  4. Certificate of merit > One week after the course > the counter of the LAC
