To provide an appropriate laboratory animal housing environment for users and to maximize the function of each animal holding area, the National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University Laboratory Animal Center on the Chiao Tung campus (hereafter referred to as the Center) requires staff to strictly abide by its standard operating procedures (SOPs) in performing all tasks. Maintaining an optimal environment requires both effort from the Center and cooperation from its users. Therefore, these disciplinary guidelines for handling SOP violations by Center users were proposed to ensure that all animals receive humane and comprehensive care.
